Didnt see this posted anywhere else here so... Here it is.
https://www.rpphobby.com/product_p/gma57004.htm

Looks VERY much like a certain current model blue oval truck...? ;)

* I like the hidden body mount system!

I thought I did see it, but anywho.... I'd still go for the regular BOM kit over this.

A Faptor body! Oh damn that sounds perverted. Maybe in this case Chaptor is better. No, that doesn't sound good either. Faptor it is!

It's but bad looking for an RTR body. I kinda dig it.

So newb of me! Dammit.

Gaptor. For GMade...Because it's damn fast and it'll take you to Gappllebee's!

BTW iOS kept autocorrecting Gaptor to Faptor. What a dumb ass operating system. LOL

This release is using a simplified version of the GS02 chassis without the cantilever suspension and plastic instead of metal in some places like the links. The chassis is good, it'll do well, but I just think the kit is still the better value because of all the other parts you get.

Nice save! (Of the thread)! LOL

Plastic links suck. I didn't realize that. That's a bummer for sure.

I'm not a huge fan of Koraptors but the old Komodo body did look a fair bit better than this one IMO.

Are those new tires from them? They look like TSL's except for the lugs in the center.

Thanks for using a title that actually describes the post Soze, I'm getting a bit tired of seeing threads titled "whats this". Titles are meant to be descriptive not vague AF!

To be fair, some threads are posted before a vehicle is on sale or even before it has a name so people don't know how to name teaser threads.

Thats true, Well I hope I've filled this thread with enough exiting banter to fill the void this truck has left.

I'll just say... my BOM is still one of my top performing and favorite rigs. My go to rigs right now are usually my BOM or my Enduro. It's also my quietest. Like stealth mode silent. With the updated transmission housing to take care of high power applications, it really doesn't have any other issues that I've run into.

Yeah maybe that was a bit harsh saying "this truck left a void", it is a much better price than the other Bom RTR at $110 less at least.

I just checked the price on this rig. It's actually ok I think.

If I were to pick it up, aside from electronics I'd get...

1. Metal links (GMADE or Club5 make nice ones)
2. SSD SCX10II Brass Knuckles or Knuckle Weights + Knuckles
3. Wheels & Tires
4. Body if you really didn't want to run it.

The rest of the RTR looks fine.

This applies to every new release:

Is that the best (insert brand) could do?!?! All they did was cheapen (insert another model from the brand) by putting plastic (insert part) and covered it up with (insert 1:1 brand) body! No innovation! Who is going to buy that at $(insert price)? It really should be $(insert 50% of previous price). (Insert brand) is really going down hill, they should be more like (insert preferred brand of poster)!

Use this in all new release threads and you will get so many likes if there was a like button.
