Default Headlight lenses for custom build

Hello,

I am looking for headlight lenses for custom GAZ-69 build. Can you please measure lenses you have and are available as spare part for some body, if they would fit? Or please share if there are any DIY tutorials for these.

Body is this.. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2990462
Measurement is 23mm internal, 27.5mm external.

try contacting RC Nerds on shapeways about resizing some lenses to your needs. i have asked him to do that before and he is VERY easy to work with.

I actually just found and ordered these, big bonus they are from EU so I dont have to wait for USPS +1month
Need to print small trim rings so I can fit these as unit on the body. Should be easy job and scale-correct size as GAZ has trim rings around lights.

Looks like you got it sorted already but I'll just add that the way I do it is by working off of the lense and designing the headlight housing to fit it.

I'll also add that a nice flexible glue like E6000 or shoe goo is much better than a brittle glue like CA at holding lenses in place, I lost a handful of lenses from small impacts before I figured that out.
