Sure looks like a crawler to me!

Awesome to see, Kyosho builds some pretty cool vehicles. Curious to see what they have up their sleeve.

And I for one thought the Rock Force was a pretty damn nice truck.....built like a tank.

Trying my best to focus on the vehicle's "outline reflections", I'm going to take a wild guess, and say Toyota FJ Cruiser.

I'm all for any new scale platform, especially if it makes Kyosho dig out some of their old body molds. The world needs more Pathfinder and 4runner bodies.

Also looks close to a 4runner for me. If they re-release that 4runner body they had a while back.....

I hope it's not a re-release but an actual new chassis as well too.

A day and a wake up, money on the forerunner, roof line.

A US dna would make me more interested, potential owner.

10 seconds in looks like a first generation 4Runner grill to me. 14-15 seconds looks like possible FJ Cruiser. I run a Proline 4Runner body on one of my crawlers so I can already say I'm a fan. Are they dropping this in 2 days?

I speculate 1st gen 4Runner as well. Look at how the back windows wrap up to the roof line. Also looks like a two piece roofline.

I hadn't caught the window molding on the east of the roof, or the two-tone paint job. Looks like a 4Runner is excellent possibility...so much for my FJ Cruiser (to be completely honest, what I'd REALLY like is an FJ40).

It's cool to see another scaler, but I haven't been impressed with anything Kyosho has done in the last 20 years except for their re-releases. I do not have high hopes for this one at all, but I hope they prove me wrong.

I had an Ultima 30 years (!) ago and last year had an EP Fazer MK2 for a few months. The Fazer was just... okay. I have some faith that an upcoming trail truck might have some good things going for it, though I hope the price isn't way up there. I purchased the Fazer just to say that I was back (albeit temporarily) in the Kyosho game. This time I'd need a more compelling argument than that to add this vehicle to my collection. While I kinda hope it's a different wheelbase length than the normal 313 mm, I doubt they'd take that chance.

Just curious, would you be hoping for shorter, or longer?

I want something in the 252 mm or 285 realm like a ECX Barrage or Carisma SCA1. I have some 1.55" wheelsets sitting around collecting dust. My local terrain is best suited for the 12.3" and 12.8" wheelbases, but I like having a few other things around.

Checkout the MST CMX or CFX. I have the CMX and it's an awesome little rig and sounds like it would be perfect for what you want.

Will do. I had an MST drift car in the past so I know they can make a quality product.

I wish I had a chance to see a Kyosho Rampage at my LHS so I could get a sense of what their plastic in a crawler would probably look and feel like.

A new teaser suggests a Jimny. I bet it’s a mini Z scale platform.

I hope it's not
It would be another disappointment for me from Kyosho, I'm a big fan of this firm, almost all my vintage cars from 80's are Kyosho, but for several years now, I'm always disappointed with their news
