I wonder if that wood box acts as a battery door. That would be pretty slick.

Only misstep is the coil over suspension, but that body looks fantastic. I'll just need ebay to send another one of thos 20% off coupons and I'll own one.

Good find!

That's pretty cool. If the quality is good, which is my concern, it has the potential to be awesome.

They have been around for quite a while. While they do build airplanes to a price point, they have managed to stay relevant unlike GWS.

Lemme think a small actuator makes this a tilt body.
Hmmmmmmm might just get one to play with

That looks like a nice body and very close to fitting our typical 1:10 scale parts.

I think you may be right if you look at the underside pic further down I can only see 3 links in the front.

The specs are giving it a 324mm wheel base, which is 12.76", a 1:1 MB Military has a 80" wheel base. At 1/6th scale, that's 13.3", so this model is actually a tiny bit bigger, somewhere around 1:5.75 scale.

Having built a few of the Hasbro 1/6th-ish scale Jerps, this new one is big!

Too many people preordered (know some from German forums).

Now it is marked as "sold out" and the price raised by 20 $ ;)

I just realized it's 4-link. No, no, no...this should be leaf springs for sure! Who's buying one and doing the conversion?

A lot of people will ;)
Cause "everyone" is complaining about the missing leafs.

However: It is crapcheap and looks fantastic.
What would a similar truck made by RC4WD with leafsprings cost? 500, 800, 1000?

Any known axles that would fit underneath?

Seeing that its 10 3/16" and most 1/10 scale axles are in the 9"-9 1/2" range it should just be a matter of some wide wheels or hubs to make up the rest.

Capra lists a width of 10 1/4 but then you've got portals which isn't the most scale fit for a flat fender.

Whats the width of an XR mod axle anyone know?

Is that outside wheel to wheel or axles? Roughly 260mm then.

The AR60 is 245mm hex to hex.

I was thinking AR60 as well, but they arnt any more scale looking and are not particularly know to be super robust.

On a side note Hrozon Hobby distributes FMS aircraft. It will be interesting to see if they pick this guy up

True. Once upon a time there were many scale and beefier options for the ar60.

I dont know, these were just what was listed on the product pages. I would assume those number include the wheels but who knows.
