Why sign something that’s virtually impossible? There will never be a bruiser re-release. Bruisers were cool and all but they were junk, By today’s standards they wouldn’t last a week. Now a re-creation is possible but not plausible.

Tamiya needs to build something new, something better than the bruiser. The HiLift was a start, now they just need to finish it.

Have you seen all the re releases tamiya has made , they do make improvements on them from the original design, plus i wouldn't mind buying a nib hilux or bruiser and paying $500-$600 instead os $2,000-$3,000 for one on e-bay

I am on it Mike, and for the special people wanting to be hip and cool- sign this petition as if it were going to the company's CEO.

I signed it too. I don't think they will ever re-release it again, but i think that this might be a good way of showing tamiya how much we would like something similar.

I signed it. I always wanted one of those trucks when I was a kid. It took me about 15 years to get a clod because I could not afford one until I got a job while in high school and saved up for it. I would love to have one of the three speed trucks now because the scale trucks are my new favorite trucks, thanks to this board .

Thumbs up

I don't understand why people are so sure they won't re-release it!! I mean my god the bruiser was one of Tamiya's best selling vehicles as was the frog and the hornet and they re-released those, I have a feeling this petition isn't even neccessary and that they have plan's to re-release it anyway. Now the drivetrain probably will be similar to the hi-lift but at least the body will be the same and probably the frame. Have some faith people.

yea Mike I believe I originally saw that info in an RCCARACTION from about two years ago, the column had unit sales info on the top 5 selling Tamiya kits of all time and the Bruiser and the Clod were the only trucks, I think the Hornet was number 1

We are up to 410 entries (as of this posting). We need more people! What can we do to get more exposure to the petition? Make flyers for it at scale meets?
