HAWAII Nov. 11 Veteran's Day
 

Well since the comp was so successful & drew alot of people, I thought we should have get together. :mrgreen:
Next friday is Veteran's Day & also a holiday for most.

No specific time or place yet, suggestions welcome. I just need a new place to go crawling :mrgreen:

So, any suggestions for a location yet? Might go cruise down Norht Shore tomorrow to scope some places. :flipoff:

Dorji- How's Makapuu? I saw yous vid, nice place. Is there parking? How far of a walk?

hey guys, there are lots of places down this side. makapuu where i made the video has a lot of construction going on. i still go some times and its just a short walk, but i had cops stop by and watch me twice (got told to leave twice too, after my batteries died and i had to come back down to the car).

if you go down to sandy beach theres a nice area right in front of the waimanalo side entrance. also by that side bathroom at sandies is fun too. both those places have water so expect to get at least a little wet. also if you go to the blow hole parking lot above sandys you can either go down into the bay on the side, or you can cross the street and go up the mountain (koko head). also if you go down the road to the look out down by the gun range you can park at the look out and again go towards the water or cross the road and climb the mountain.:mrgreen:

the get together sounds like fun, but i got to work that day:evil: . my company trades that day for the day after thanks giving. :roll: oh well maybe next time.:lol:

ah crap that sucks one crawler down:x but yah maybe next time and hows the motor did you change the brushes and did it work????

hey another place i have been wanting to try but haven't had the time to get there is sharks cove. across from the times in waimea. that place looks like it should have some nice spots:mrgreen:

i am down for friday but first i gotta go take a spring hangerof a truck from angels up waianae valley. what about the west side? maybe puka pants (across hakimo rd for those not familiar with west side) or maile point or even yoke's??? my landcruiser only can go 50mph so it takes for ever to go places. but any is fine ...

What happened to my post? Damn, I had a long azz post about Haleiwa Beach Park. Now it's gone. Oh well, kinda went like this; Nice long braker wall made of rocks 400' long, a few other spots right by the parking lot on the right side of the restroom pavilion.

We can go west side too. You & Alan will already be there.

Next time when dorji no work we go makapuu or blowhole.

oh Haleiwa Beach Park thats where i was thinking of since i was there with family, but damm i will see know if i can go cuz i gotta work, DAMM i said work ahh its okay as long i get money its all good :mrgreen:

I have a tlt (the one with the clod body). I always go to the same places you do but never seen you. Do people look at you and think your nuts? They think im nuts but dont say anything, I guess they want to keep there teeth..
