The mark right under the screw is the zero mark. Dont pay attention to the dents in the can, there is a very small 0 print right in the middle of where the vents sit. I label each can so that the uncovered area is where the zero time mark sits.

So just to be 100% before I install it, this is where it should be?

Sorry, I peeled the label off mine, that chrome can is too purty!

What motor should I put in my scalers? I want low end tq for rock crawlin and wheel speed so I can shoot a roost in the mud. 1 is a 2.2 with r2d and the other is a 1.9 clod with axial trans. And I'm putting both in the MiRCa TTC.

A 35 or 30t would be nice.

You can if you want, I personally don't want to speed up the wear of a $80 motor

JRH, whats the word on the 35Ts

I currently run your 7T puller motor powered by a 3S LiPo in my Axial rig and love it, but am switching to a Berg axled rig. I really like all the wheelspeed and power of the puller, would a 35T or a 30T motor be a better to match to this same wheelspeed? Also, is the lowspeed control of the 35T or 30T 540 motors about the same of the puller motor?

Thanks for any info John!

you want that same power?... LOL man, i watched you snap that axle housing this weekend(pics to prove it) with with that 7t puller. imo that thing is balls to the walls.

im going with 2 45t's for my berg build. expecting them any moment so i can finish my build *evil grin*

i think the 45t's with a bec and 3-cell can produce the torque and speed your gunna need

Are the lower turn motors pretty torquey? I'm thinking of a couple 20 - 25 turn for my Wild Dagger to bash but still do some trail riding.
