Holmes Hobbies...How to Contact????

I recently tried to contact John form Holmes Hobbies prior to making a order. There is no contact phone number, no address etc. I also sent a message thru the web-site "contact us" area (NO RESPONSE).

I went ahead and placed a on line order for a few items and asked to be contacted in the comment area (NO RESPONSE). John sure seems genuine and very knowledgeable by his posts.

I am worried that if I have any questions about the products ordered or about future items that there will also be no response.

How do you contact them?

Bob

You can contact John by email at jrh@holmeshobbies.com.

You can also post a question in the Holmes Hobbies section of RCC, John is here every day.

I am moving this post to the Holmes Hobbies section. "thumbsup"

Also, John is very busy with school as well as the business so sometimes he gets backed up on emails, but don't worry, if its customer support you need he is one of if not the best.

Alsoalso, check out this thread.

I had absolutely no luck contacting him through his site, but I got a prompt reply to my questions by posting in the thread that is in the above link.

Yes, sorry for the bad email contact right now fellas. I have been quite overwhelmed with school since it is the last few weeks. After tomorrow I am done however, and I will probably get a business phone number for the summer so that people can contact me easier. It has proven to be a lot of work to go to school and run the business, both basically full time. Honestly I hadn't bargined for the intensity of it.

I will take a look in my thread and answer some questions now :D

I need to make them or farm out the part, which are both two month timelines.

On point to this thread topic, in case a reader is looking for up to date contact info. 8 years later, wow! Got my masters degree, moved the biz out of the basement, started gaining employees, and still growing steady!

Visit holmeshobbies.com for most current contact information. Phone and emails listed. Forum and Facebook messaging has been disabled since practically the beginning. I have two employees that are full time customer service, Justin and Erin. I'm the weakest link in service, currently banished to paperwork and fixing production tools until the next fit of engineering

I'll try the email link on your site. Sent you one using the email feature here and haven't heard back after 5 days. Just have a few questions before I order.
