Hey John, I've sent a couple of emails with my problem...got a comp this weekend and no motor due to a good ol' fashioned frying...burned it up real good I just learned of your loss in your family and am sorry for that, as will be adding you and your family in my prayers, if you don't mind. So when ever you can touch base with me on the emails is cool with me, not as near as important as taking care of your family things, family is #1!!! Ken Thompson |

Thanks John for you helping me select my t16s. I've never been so smooth. Now I need to save for a couple of your esc's, so I can have more braking force.

[QUOTE=JohnRobHolmes;3243774]Quite well I would say. I would suggest a 20t or slower. why do you suggest the higher turn motor on 4s? |

Faster motors will wear out faster on 4s. Sure you can use a 13t on 4s, but it will eat up brushes every 30 minutes of hard running. | |

20 turns on 4s is a killer setup. It is super low draw as well. |

Hey John, I plan on running my new 18T on a combo of 2S, 3S and 4S. 4S for bashing, 3S for combination of bash and crawl and 2S for strictly crawling. If you think I should stock up on brushes let me know, I'll order them now and you can ship them with my motor next week. Thanks!! |

Some extra brushes would be a good idea for 4s use. I can throw a few extra pair in the order for you since you have been so patiently waiting while we got it wound. Your 18t arm is balanced, just waiting for the balance epoxy to dry before we put it together and test it out. |

Very cool John...thanks dude!!! I am hard on motors, apparently...used to what I do with airplanes, which of course isn't near as hard on a motor than this aspect of the hobby...we can sure beat the heck out of a motor!! |

Let me know how the brushes wear, I would like to get a harder user's perspective on it. The 5 slot does wear better than the 3 slot, so you will like the change.
