Maybe a little bigger variety in servo's. I like the 359's a good deal. They work AWESOME in a 2.2 and decent in a super.

Beadlock wheels and tires maybe???? I got a killer design on beadlocks I'll sell

A few different soldiering irons and other electronic specific tools????

Those little aligator clip holder dealymabobs would be handy as crap. I'd buy a couple of them.

Good idea. Receivers as well. I need 2 more micro 3 channel receivers for my DX3 right now.

All GREAT suggestions, and most I could put together. I will certainly work on these, keep the suggestions coming. Radios are the tough part, as most are distributed by the big three.

I agree with what they said, especially the soldering stuff. Finding a good soldering Iron is next to impossible, it seems like.

LED kits would be great, already installed in buckets as an option and pre wired to run off of BEC or reg would be great

Can you get your hands on Nomadio or Multiplex gear? The extra channels come in handy for dig, winch, etc. I'd be interested in 7ch 75MHz receivers...

I don't think any of the vendors here sell the JR 8711.

Combos:
-Chargers with batteries
-Servo with castle bec
-Motor with esc (I know you allready have these but you could probably add more)

None of these will really require you to expand your inventory allowing you to keep it to a minimum.

If you want to add a soldering irons. I personally have a Weller WLC100. Not super expensive yet it has some good features. I have had mine for almost 15 years now.

aluminum servo horns would be nice

(and I would contact http://www.nomadio.net/ for at least being able to sell the react and sensor line of radios. They are a much smaller company then Futaba, or JR/Spektrum, or hitec. And I think they would let you sell their radios.)

We (crawlers) should get together with a radio manufacturer to come up with a pistol radio specifically for crawling. Stick radios can already do everything, so there's not much that could be improved with them.

Do you have any plans to carry the Sidewinder speed control (separate from the motor)?

And I agree with others about the soldering iron. I've never had a good one, because all of the one's I've seen are either less than $10 or more than $100. There doesn't seem to be anything in the middle.

I have no interest in them, but I bet lighting kits would be hot sellers for the scale guys.

THAT would be an AWESOME idea. 4,5 maybe even 6 channel pistol radio would be a HUGE seller for crawlers. I know theres the Nomadio stuff. I'm sorry, but not everyone has the hands of a 5 year old. I picked a Nomadio radio up at my LHS and felt like I was gonna crush it if I wasn't carefull. It's just to dang small. IMHO,the buttons were in the wrong spots as well.
