I ordered Pro Custom armatures on the 10th, order id: #13620. Order status is backordered, do you have an estimated delivery date for them?

I ordered some puller 500 crawl and have an issue with the rear motor.
Even tightened, the can is mooving ...
I've written several emails, no news :roll:
