Yeah, sure do. Would a Castle BEC be a good idea to run with that setup?

The CC BEC is always nice, but not necessarily required. I'd go with one for the Sidewinder. It's always good to have some power overhead. - Chris |

Thanks. Ordered a Sidewinder, BEC, and Revolver Black. Should be pretty good for an ax-10.

Just placed an order for one unit. Hope this has enough wheelspeed w/ a 8 or 9 tooth pinion for me I was eyeing the HK-2221-12 as well but couldn't get any input on it, I like the kv rating. EDIT: JRH - You should send me a sticker with my order Last edited by BigRocks; 05-01-2008 at 09:29 PM. |

Alright John, I have a rr2 and lookin to go with more power since that is going into my boys scaler. I just bought a sidewinder from ya, runnin 9.6v with a r2. Rig is a droop gopher 2.2 that weighs around , well geez its kinda light. Using tlt axles, still have yet to get cvd though. what do you recomend (lookin to stick with brushless) Battery is a 2/3 1500mah. Thanks!!!

Well the revolver is always a good choice for an outrunner! I still like them better than the crawlmasters, they are easier to build around. Plenty of power too.

John I am going to purchase one of the revolver motors for my 2.2 crawler with a stmpede tranny. I will be powering it with a 3s lipo.I was wondering what final ratio to start out at for the revolver. Right now I am at 55:1. thx
