Couldn't tell you, I have never run boats and I know absolutely nothing about them. Need something for a boat? |

What about brushless? Wouldn't that be better for higher power stuff? I'm sure the Cobalt Puller would haul ass in a boat, but don't have the smarts to know where to start for prop and such.

As long as you can prop a motor that spins 1800kv and likes to run around 12 to 14v max then it should work good.

Yeah, pushing it. But if you are racing you might not care so much about pushing it.

I think they don't like more than around 35 amps continuous on 12 cells. Bursting you could hit 80 safely I would fully guess. The brushes may even let through 100 amps or more. Rm is .047 ohm.

| Ive got the plett in it now and frankly they are highly overrated, and I love to try new junk. with the puller I will be able to throw a x645 without any issue. I have made several water cooling jackets for them so heat is not a big issue

JRH, I'm running a Sidewinder and 8 cell NIMH pakcs with 16ga wire. I've been running 55t and 45t lathe motors and am ready for an upgrade but I want to make sure I'm not going to fry my ESC or batts. What do you think? |
