how do you get these apart?
i managed to get a 1/2mm shim washer inbetween the can magnets and center magnets. (damn strong!)
i took the two endbell screws out but had no luck getting anything to budge.

any tips?

and is it possible to rewind these? to something around 3000kv? (torque is not really important in my application)

Loosen the two screws, then spin the endbell off (its threaded into the can).

Just wondering.

i have today a Novak 18.5T sintered motor and goat esc, and im not satisfied with the wheel speed and low end controll the combo gives me, and when downhilling the "dragbreak" is stopping me an when i give it alittle throttle it seems to go into "neutral" and storms down the hill, releasing the throttle makes me nosedive and tumble down the rest:p

the car is a Timberwolf with a R2 tranny and stock gearing.
powerplant is 7.4V(2s) lipo with 20c-30c

what motor should i go for?
thinking off the 7T puller and HH esc combo

and how to order it from the site? i live in Norway and tried to order to see the full price to pay incl shipping :p

I have some 6t armatures around here that need turning down. They will be really fast.

I would say the 7t would do well, or the 10t even. Shipping to NO would be about $15 flat rate priority. You may need to trick the shopping cart to place an order.

No word from the machinist, he didn't stay on task thursday. Grumble grumble. Once he gets on task we will have 10t and 14t motors ready.

He didn't follow my directions, but at least we have 10t armatures done (i hope). He was supposed to do both winds, and I hope that the 10t were the ones on top of the box.

John, I'm building a Super with Some Super Bully axles. They have a 40:1 final gear ratio. If I can get them to fit would my 10T Pullers work ok. I can gear em down with some 10 tooth pinions. I'll be running dual Sidewiders and 3s 2200 lipo. Just worried there going to get hot turning those cut-n-shut Plowboys

John,
I'm thinking about stepping up to pullers in my comp rig & Scaler. In my comp rig I run one of your 45t handwounds with 30C(40Cburst) 3S 1050's and a sidewinder. My scaler has a sidewinder on 3s 20c 2200's pushing a stock axial 55t.

My questions are how would the sidewinders take to a 14t and what is the rpm/volt on a 14t? (It's not listed on your site.)

Thanks
