Yeah I’m thinking so too lol. Thanks brotha. I’m looking forward to getting my new set of wheels. Contemplating getting the strc transfer case and lockouts for the time being.

I cannot wait until those cvds come out, now that the only thing the truck lacks is a short turning radius!

I suggest you guys take a look at shapeways (hoyfab) for your light buckets. I’ve had tons of stuff 3d printed but these are top notch!

I bit the bullet and bought the proline interior. I believe it’s the PL-T one. Some gunmetal for the everything besides the seats. I think I will be doing the seats in tan to match the body as close as possible.

Got to scavenge a steering wheel, and I’ll make some shifters and such to make it a little more scale.

Got some decent weather this weekend so I should have it painted up and ready to install!

I’ll post pics once it’s done

Threw a couple little cheap scale stuff on the rig. Also a pic of the interior. Still have to paint the seats (probably will just brush it on by hand)

Not the coolest out there, but it works for me and it’s light.

Got a driver, and I’m not happy.

For 1 it’s was $20. Why couldn’t my two boys be into these things lol

For 2 it doesn’t move enough to be in the sit position

At least it looks pretty realistic now I’ll have to do some cutting and fitting. But it does come with a neat little cross bow.

What drivers are you guys using? Show me pics!

Little snip snip to the figure and it’s in! Couple other little scale things stuck in there as well.

Look decent? Glues gotta cure then I’ll put it in the truck tomorrow

I would recommend pointing the crossbow away from drive if loaded. Accidents can ruin a good day.

Baha never thought of that! Couldn’t figure out how to position it inside. The way it is now is like the best looking not all goofy looking lol.

Interior is in. Was already precut for the rear body posts so it wasn’t to hard lol

Sitting on a set of mock up wheels and tires until the new ones get here.

Taking up close pictures shows all the trail scratches it has on the body lol

Have you got a light kit yet? I've seen your buckets and keen to see how it looks with the lights installed

Unfortunately no. Had a little issue with removing the paint from the inside of the body. I didn’t wanna waste a set of light buckets with this body. I plan on just waiting until the clear body is released and put them on that one.

Went to a trail run with a local group today. I was too tired to take a bunch of pics so I took one of a video I took lol. If I could figure out how to upload the video I would

Ordered some led light pods today though!

Will need the alum hubs as I broke one today popping wheelies (yes) little too much traction on the payment. Good thing I bought spares!

Been a few days since I got a chance to post but just wanted to let everyone know there is more upgrades available!

Strc BRASS knuckles and c hubs
Along with all the other strc goodness!

Most all of the stock parts have rolled out too, transmission, housings, axles, gear sets, lockers, slippers, etc.

Stilllll waiting on my new wheels but pods have shipped, few other goodies as well.

Few things are still on my list to get:
Cvds!
New clear body
SS screw kit from KNK (I’m sure it’s coming)

What’s on yours?

Still enjoying the venture?

Since it was a new release, I think I am having more fun with it than any other crawler I’ve owned. I do have more fun “building” though.

What are strc parts like? I've got samix on my trx4 and they are so perfectly crafted its not funny. Has anyone made cvd's yet?

Strc parts are great. I’ve ran many on my other rigs as well as a few on this one (venture). Very good quality.

No cvds released yet although some have made some out of scx10 shafts.

Well, it took long enough my wheels showed up. Funny thing was I contacted the company (after waiting over a month) they started a postal investigation, I got tired of waiting and ordered another set. This time I forked out the money ($45) for 3-4 days shipping from China. The DAY after I ordered the 2nd set, the first ones showed up .

Oh well, they are slick!

Still have to mount the other 3 but you get the idea. Searching for some hubs right now.
