|  Allanon tries out the HPI FJ Venture
Hi guys, i got a venture off of kartooo in the classifieds here and am going to see what all the hubbub is about..it should be here Wednesday and I will get it out and see how it does. I like the fact it already has the CVD front axle shafts...

Thanks! I hope it does as well as everyone says it does...limited parts availability doesnt really bother me as I will figure out how to keep it going.

Venture showed up today and I tossed on my Pitbulls on gmade steelies....they dont look too bad on there actually. Now to get a few parts upgraded, like links and lights...

I took this out before changing the tires and wheels, it did very well, much better than I expected so now we will see how she does I did pick up a new set of complete axles just in case I bust one or both, they were pretty cheap Last edited by allanon1965; 05-02-2019 at 08:38 AM. |

Thanks! I have noticed it seems much smoother that a few of my axial scx10.2 rigs..its hard to explain, but I guess it would seem as if it makes the run with less effort than the 10.2 rigs and the gen8 scout...the rigs I have that seem to be as effortless are both my wraith rigs and the cobbled together jeep rubicon scx10.2 rig..
