Who's put different axles on there fj? Apparently it will give you under drive ability.

The only way to get underdrive in the venture is this transfer case, this will give you 30% ud.

You might be able to get an rc4wd underdrive t-case to work as well, this has a variable amount of ud.

If you are set on an axle swap, then you will need to find an axle that spins in the same direction as the stock axle. Then, you will need check the gear ratios. for example, the stock ratio is 13/43, which is 3.307 gear ratio. The scx10II is 8/30 which is a 3.75 gear ratio. If they spin in the same direction then, the swap would give you a 13% underdrive.

PLEASE NOTE: I don't know if they spin in the same direction, this was just an example.

Cheers bud been reading up a lot on it, half of which I don't understand lol but looks like it will cost a lot to do. Probably get another truck to add to the fleet.

I’ve considered putting another front axle on the rear to get 4WS but it appears to be too complicated for my abilities. Anybody done this?
