Default Happy Herbs Nice Dreams Build......

OK Just wanted to do soomething that was a little away from the normal bad boy build. A lot of bad rides on here but I just wanted to lighten the mood in the crawler scene SO I hope you all enjoy the new bod on the stage II (HPI rebuild) Wheelie King.

Oh! and for the Record....Cheech and Chong will always rule in my book. Thanks for everything guys.

A pic I got from the next of the original truck.

I started with a Grave Digger body. Let's do it right! I still need the tire clearance for the crawler tires and this body had huge wheel wells.

Everything was don on MS paint. and white labe paper from Office Depot.

I know the stickers are not all in the right place as the truck but the original truck was a Good Humor Ice Cream truck and I've yet to find a vendor that makes this body for an R/C. You get the idea though.
So stay tuned and watch the build. The hard part will be to make the bobble head in a light enough material that it won't make the whole truck top heavy. I'm thinkin a ping pong ball. Let me know what you think.

DUDE!!!! SWEEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!!"thumbsup "

I had this same Idea a while back, I was going to use an antenna ball from jack in the box for the head, and paint it up to match, or find a bobble-head doll that looked close and steal the head off it.

I was gonna take a 'digger body, hack the back off, and make the ice-cream part out of styrene. Talk to Microgoat, I'm sure he could give you some pointers on how to do it.

"Save the whales
Oh, funky momma, save the whales
Yeah, Save the whales
You just got to save the whales but believe me when I tell you,
Kill the seals
Yeah, kill the seals
Cause the seals eat all the fish
And if you don't like it when I say kill the seals then,
Save your breath
oh, save your breath------"
