| So last month I worked on a chassis made of a cutting board. Good start, but it wasnt straight and was pretty rough. I had picked up two 20" American Chef cutting boards, then work got busy so I wasnt able to do anything until this weekend. I also used a rougher blade. That, combined with this new boards apparently higher melting temp, allowed me to cut much smoother cuts. I also changed the design ever so slightly from the last one in some area. ![]() ![]() Mounted the servo on the chassis...I dislike the way axel mounted servos look. All the links are temporary. ![]() Temp bod... ![]() ![]() ![]() I still have to order body mounts and bumpers...among other things. This is mostly to keep me busy and learn a little about building a custom RC while I decide on building a K2-3L to go under it. |
