Question wk flip???

ok..i have flipped my chasis around to put the battery up front...but what do you do about the motor? it is in reverse to go forward and vice versa...and also the steering servo? im doing a droop setup in front and sprung in the rear...is it more than just puttin the front end on the rear and vice versa?

When I did that with mine, I just swapped the motor wires around, flipped the servo box upside down, and flipped all of the linkages around to the otherside of the chassis and took the steering linkages from the "front" axle to the "rear".

Here's the pics of mine post flip with the stock wheelbase

Switch your wires on you motor if you want to use it for roc crawling the either make a servo mount for the front axle or buy one. You will have to much deflection and very little control on the rocks if you use the stock setup.

I just used the templates from the sticky at the top of the page to make my axle servo mount. i think it's the last one is a very easy mount to make by hand. I just used a jigsaw and some files.
