What program is the easiest to use. Can anybody help me on getting a template block to fit 8.5 x 11 sheet in AUTOCAD?

Thanks

You could always try pick up an old version of AutoCAD. Even R14 would get the job done and it is easy to use. Some one may have a license or two floating around.

If all else fails, nothing beats paper, a straight edge, a protractor, French curve, and a pencil. It worked for many years before computers....
