I have something similar to that now. issue is the torque of the motor is bending them. I was hoping for something stronger. i will try to get a pic of what a buddy has tonight.

Just asking. Actually, I'm pretty happy with ones that I made out of aluminum channel (for just pennies):

PLUS

They serve as the base for my battery mounts:

I used Aluminum angle to mount up some TLT servo plates. It worked very well, and gave me a lot of options for upper link position. I didn't care for the VF upper link mounts, It didn't allow me to get good geometry with the axles clocked up.
Pics here Bowser the WK!

Or you could keep it simple... I haven't broke the little plastic link mount yet going this way.

I started with the exact same setup but I managed to break the plastic link mounts.

That's what I had to make the aluminum ones you see in top half of the picture I posted earlier. I simply made the mount to fit over the back of the pumpkin (using the template from the servo mount for the correct shape and bolt hole location). Then I bolted the Tamiya stay mounts to the aluminum mount plate. My bolts go all the way through the diff cover and are nutted on the back. I did this after I snapped off the heads of several of the stock screws - not from over-torquing but from serious falls that caused the link mount to pull the heads off the screws.

Not a hitch since I made the new mounts
