yes any chassis from the ax-10 would work for the suspension but you would have problems with the tranny mounting in there ... look at the difference in the tranny styles and you will see what im talking about, down and dirty fix get a ax-10 tranny and adapt it for a wk drive shaft like others have done

An ax10 tube chassis will work except for the trans mount. Keep trying to bend your own Its the best way to learn.

Your auto supply store should have some cheap 3/16" benders. A custom chassis isn't cheap, but then, neither is buying all the tools and supplies you need to build a tuber.

go to LOWES get the handheld pipe bender in the plumbing section..
ok just a thought why did you choose to do a wk and then build a tuber . why not just buy the axles and then peice one together ?

i picked up a pipe bender from auto zone but it wont bend 3/16. i havent looked a lowes or home depot yet thanks for the thought. i will be moding the wk for a long time, the tuber idea is a long way away( when i deside to make it into a comp rig, its going to be a wal till i do) i like to plan out my builds so i know everything im going to buy at every stage doring the build. thanks everyone for the advice!
