Default conversion kit

I decided to get the conversion kit to get just the lockers and the lower link shock mount and metal hex thing for the tire but I was looking and the parts known as the rod end has two types I've never seen before, ones got a end that looks like a nut sit's in and I don't have a clue whats it for and the other looks like a rounded tringle on it and it's got 4 or 5 holes in it, two that are oval like. does any one know what it's for?

They are extra pieces to make up your own top links instead of using the conversions plastic y pieces.
