Wheely King axles + MFM chassis = FUN Here are some pics of the progress of my WK based build. The plan is for a mostly scale trail runner. http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h1...CKEDMOTOR2.jpg http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h1...CKEDMOTOR1.jpg http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h1...CKEDMOTOR3.jpg http://i62.photobucket.com/albums/h1.../STEERING1.jpg I have new shocks on order so I won't be using the stock WK ones and the plan is to use a New Bright F150 body which means the wheel base will most likely have to be extended. |
That is looking good. btw I did the same thing with my MFM. Looks just like yours, Right down to how you mounted the transmission. Only my motor mount Isn't clocked like yours. |
Steering I was just looking at that steering and I dont think that would work. With articulation your steering will turn. its needs mounted at the center axis of your articulatoin. I am not sure if this makes sense. It just didnt work out in my head so let me know if it does, you can teach me a lesson |
i think the way its set up with the longer draglink it will have less bump stear than if it were shorter, looks like it will work fine |
