Default WK tuber

here is another wk axled tuber that I am currently building. I built the chassis a couple of months ago and just picked up some wk axles at a recent RC swap meet in Denver. After some time in the garage I have a roller built. It still needs a tranny and all the electronics, and some tuning of the suspension, but I think it will be a competent crawler someday.

If I can get one for a good price, I will consider it. It would make adding dig a little easier. I know you have one for me.

Hey thanks. I will have to measure it when I get back home from the winter series comp this sunday. It is roughly 4 inches wide, and less than 4 inches tall. It is made of solid 3/16 steel rod welded together. the side panels are from an old bracket that came off of my '80 GMC truck.

You know you can use AX10 stubs and knuckles to shorten up the width a little bit if you want. Looking good though!

Hey man,
How can you use the Axial stubs to shorten up the WK axles? I'm very curious! is there a writeup or any photos anywhere??

There is a wright up on Scale4x4. Pretty much need AX10 knuckles and outter subs. They will fit inside the WK hub carrier. You do need a 3m bolt to go through the knuckle and hub with washers and a nut on the end to hold it on.

Finally getting some work done on this thing. got the suspension worked out, got a tranny mounted up, and got a nice skidder made. now I need a motor plate, and a few odds and ends to make, and of course, all the electronics..
