Default Almost done!!!

I just got into this Crawling about a year ago bought the Wheely King and after some reserch I found that they make decent entry level crawlers. This is what I have done

It started life as a Wheelie King, but know.......
Custom chassis, by me
Axial bead locks (stock W/K tires and wheels shown in Pic's)
Integy 55-turn lathe motor with 14T pinion / 96T spur
Hitec HS-645MG steering servo, with rear steer
Pro-Line 1970 Chevy Pick-Up body
Novak Rooster Crawler ESC
Traxxas TQ3 radio system
Panther rock crawler tires
Integy silver MSR10 internal spring shocks
CKRC metal tranny gear upgrade
Stock w/k tranny, clocked

Next...LiPo set up
Rear frame mount bumper

Let me know what you guys think.

I had to do a double take to make shure that it was an rc and not a real truck. nice build. looks very strong. take a couple body off pics so we can see that chassis better. keep up the good work.

Very nice job! I really like the way you mounted the links and shocks to the axles.

Yeah, by moving all the mounts to the back of the axels was a cheap way to gain more clerence.

That's cool. Good use of stock parts. I wish I would have thought about that before I got the tamiya stays.

Do you have any better pictures of the mounts?

Looks good. I really like the Chevy body's. Seen a couple really sweet trucks on here and this is one of them.
