Default Do I have to Cut Down the TMAXX shafts ?

When doing the HPI Budget conversion do I have to cut down the length of the TMAXX half shafts ? (4951x)
If so, by how much?
Thanks,
Raz

All I do is hook them up and put the male and female side next to each other and make a mark then cut. You will have plenty of room to play with.
