You could check your throttle trim knob. Try turning it and see if it helps. If not, I'm not sure what it could be

Make sure its all plugged in right, and as rock-er stated check the trim on your tx

I'm betting it is the esc. If you have a different one to try I would do that first.

Not completely relevant but I had an esc do the same thing. It was a Novak explorer II, and as soon as I plugged in the the battery it would go full throttle. I believe it was caused by leaving a battery plugged in for years by the previous owner. I contacted Novak about it and they said it had some damaged mosfets...

Are your crystals pushed in on your RX and TX?

I have a simaler problem. I run a rooster 55t combo, traxxxas reciver, and a tq3 transmiter. I set the throtle trim and after a few minuts of crawling and stop it walks away. I wind up doing this every time. What could it be?

Not sure of the order you are turning things on but, be sure you turn on the radio first then the esc. Otherwise exactly what you described will happen.
