Default Newbie Crawler King Help

Ok so I just got a new crawler king and it has a wheelbase of 11.6 inches but I was wanting it to be 12.5 inch wheelbase can anyone tell me how to do this without having to make all new links?

You would either need all new links or a new chassis. New links is the way to go. Im going to be doing this to my CK soon. 6/32 all thread, some rod ends,(or you can stuff 8/32 all thread into the hpi rod ends, I might try that route) and some brake line. They should be bent too, unlike the straight factory links for better clearance. Then for the upper wishbone you can use that same brake line to make an extension and just get a longer screw to secure the factory rod end.

Also on mine im going to extend it so the shocks are at the same angle but moved up to the front mount (stock they are on the rear). That should give a bit more travel and end up right around 12.5 give or take.
