Default Looking for advice

I would like to make some changes to the WK that I bought last month. I have already made a servo mount over the axle (front & rear) added RWS and converted to 4 link (made all of the links myself). Pretty much just tinkering to see how things work up to this point.

I have a New Bright TJ coming that I would like to use on the WK and make a modest attempt at scaler. I know going in that the WK is not the first choice for a scaler but it's what I've got to work with. I'm looking for advice on what I should upgrade or change out with it.

Which chasis?
Clock the motor?
Which wheels & tires?
Will I need to change out the drive shafts and if so which would be better?

Hoping someone who has done something similar with a WK will share their experience. The chasis on my truck was hacked up a bit by the previous owner and it obviously won't make for a good scaler so I'm trying to figure out which way to go with it.

Thanks in advance...
