That's great you got it to work out. Nothing like waiting until the last minute just like me You will have to watch which aluminum knuckles you buy down the road as the ones I have don't have enough material in them to allow them to be bored out for the 15mm bearing.

Yeah that's what I was looking at. I have rcp Knuckles and integy knuckles. Maybe I'll have to switch to bushings if I can find one that will fit.

Got the steering close to done. I got in a hurry and cut one of the cvd's too short so I'll have to get another one to complete this.

Got this all set up should be ready to go just need another set of cvd's and it'll be golden.

I think these axles need a new name. XRK's or xr kings is what I was thinking haha.

Built a new drag link to give me a little more clearance up front.

You are going to have way to much flex in the linkage like that. The steering is going to suck. I am always willing to give up clearance for performance.

Use could use some larger diameter metal rod instead of the allthread, that would help the flex alot.

I was worried about that I haven't had a chance to test it out yet. I'll have to see if I have a way to beef it up

Yeah, I tried something similar to that and it didn't work very good.

I'm going out of town this weekend but I will see what I can do to stiffen it up when I get back. I need to see what I can do to either modify my aluminum knuckles or get some custom high steer ones made so I can get full steering out of these axles.

I ran it for quite awhile with good luck I had issues with the trans and shelved it. Comping kinda went away in my area.
