Working on getting this chassis worked out and found a good use for my swiss cheese frame. The wheelbase is exactly 12". |

I wish I could go brushless, no work = no new power system. Rooster crawler 55 turn and 8nimh cells. Dont know the weight but as it sits now it is no heaver than the plastic chassis. |

I was thinkin' I'd take a page from your play book and rebuild my crawler chassis with some plastic and go for the scale look. What did you use on yours? I'm thinking tight budget + the WalMart = cutting board. Your thoughts... Last edited by Army RC Crawler; 01-31-2012 at 09:11 PM. | |

You nailed it walmart cutting board 8x11 I think is only $4 make sure you get the thick one (about 1/4" inch thick). Wood screws held it together. Ask if you have any questions. |
