| Front servo mount
I have a wheely king. I keep breaking the stock servo saver. Not spending 15 dollars for a small piece of plastic that breaks on the smallest impact. So now I have been looking into front servo mounts. My question is I have been looking at the hot racing one. Will it work with a stock wheely king and I have strc steering linkage and will a traxxas servo and servo saver work with that set up. If this doesnt work Im giving up on my wheely king. I love running it, but this is a big problem with the servo. thank you

Instead of buying servo saver after servo saver, why not save up a bit and just buy a servo thats up to the task? Buy a stronger better quality servo and there will be no need for a saver. Or just learn how to not smash into things that will break it. lol

i have a level3 rc axle servo mount and i like it the stock servo will fit but it is weak, at the moment i am running a metal gear high torque servo with the stock servo saver and home made steel steering links with no problems at all!

I been using the CKRC front servo mount on my CK. Been working great since the change and even works better than my STRC kit I had on before. I do use a super strong 419oz servo but like posted above a better servo will help stop you from breaking them. Here is a pic of my CKRC front servo setup Comes with everything you need but the servo. Its a very heavy duty setup. With the better servo you can see I don't run a servo saver as its not needed. Now I get the most direct power I can get for steering. You will eliminate so many links of the stock setup that you will see your steering is just so much better overall with a mount on the axle. |

will the level 3 fit with the stock wheely king? the website says it will only work with crawler conversion.

I have the older 2 piece design witch mounts the servo closer to the axle(discontinued). Installed before crawler conversion kit. here is a link to their site for the wheely king center and side mount. There is also a crawler king page but the part #s are the same! the wheely king and crawler king use the same axles so it should fit with no problems.

Great fix! I was just noticing how funky the stock servo setup is. Can't wait to order my servo mount.

*IF* none of the vendors here have servo mounts for the WK, I have seen them on ebay.
