I used a mount for a WK trans, low CG mount on Ebay and mounted to a Axial skid plate. If I were you I'd just buy a used Axial Scx chassis and trans or a used Wraith chassis and trans and use your axles, only difference is I made my own chassis but those other two options will get you the same results.

That could easily be achieved, use either Tmaxx or Emaxx driveshafts and just cut to length, very cheap and durable.

Really not much else, odds and ends, at this point you will need to mount servo on axle for now. Your just gonna need screws and such but I can't say for sure, you'll see as you go but won't be much.

Also is the width for the axles different like the WK axles compared to the wraith axles?

Wraith axles are really wide, WK axles are narrower, but a little wider than Scx axles

What you seen in my build is how it would look as a truck, would look good as a wraith too, lots of wraiths with scx axles and wk are only a little wider.

It all depends on how YOU want it to look, take a look at some 1.9 Wraith builds then take a look at scx builds.

I just looked up a 1.9 wraith build and gotta say it looked cool...
It had a shorter wheelbase and ford bronco stule body panels......im leaning towards that chassis....
I like the idea of not having a body to take on and off..
And it also seems that with that chassis it would crawl better...and be stronger

I'm doin a 1.9 Wraith this winter for a trail rig, something to consider though, if you plan on comping the Wraith chassis is only legal in Class 3 scalers, just a thought.

Lol no i am not considering any competitions lol....just something to have fun with...
Thats my favorite part of the hobby is building stuff lol.

I cant decide which way to go....i really want it to be a scale looking truck that can be used at some mild speeds like say 15mph but also be able to crawl....

I just decided to make my own chassis like the scx ...

Just for the fact it will be cheap to make.

1/2" square tubing, a 4ft piece goes for under $10. Should be enough to do 2chassis rail sets. A couple differant ways to bend it, pie cut and heat and bend it.
