| Plastruct .125 ABS Sheet
Anybody tried using this for axle mounted servo brackets? I can work with this much easier than metal right now without buying any additional tools. .125 (1\8")might work it might be to flexible. 1\8" aluminum will be less flexible but if you design it right it should work. Let us know what you think.

Why don't you try carbon fiber? It's pretty easy to work with as well, but a LOT stronger.
