chassis help need plz

hi guys im new to the rc world ive got a hpi wheely king with a 4x4 converstion and a crawler converstion with over axle steering mod and ive just brought the alloy lowering moter mouunt from ebay from the usa im in uk but the motor mount is too wide for the standered chassis in all fairness im not a lover of the monster truck type of look so the plans is to build a new scaler chassis but 1 i dont weld and have no idear of what i need i was thinking may be a 6x6 scaler with a beaver tail flat bed so i could load my rc drift car on tthe back any help pics ect would be great plz be gental as im new lol

I've made a few chassis out of cutting board material, or you can buy some Delrin plastic for about the same price. I just drew it out on paper and then traced it onto the material, then cut it out with a jigsaw.

Delrin HDPE, etc TAP Plastics in USA can get black or white which is nice.
