thanks for the templates guys. Sorry for the PM Harley, I got further into the thread before seeing shadows link.

Used the template and made a mount out of 1/16th inch steel plate. Works like a dream. :)

I made this servo mount, but I don't get enough movement in the steering system. I don't this this problem originates in the mount. Can someone think of any other possible problems?

HPI servos are 25 spline, like futaba. If you're bashing with it and want a servo saver, check out the ofna units. Otherwise, look for a clamp on style aluminum servo arms. I have a few of the Hobby King arms and have not had any issues with them.

You can change thickness in slicer program by cutting off it. Default is 4 mm
