I'm building a wk based mud truck. And I like how much the transmission looks like a 1:1 mud trucks Dropbox! So would really like to keep it if I can.

How those gears holding up? Do installing the Rc4wd gears eliminate the clicker slipper?

They have held up great! I did replace them last fall though because the teeth did eventually wear out from all the sand and mud that would get in. It is my mud truck after all. But they are same metal quality as pinions so that should tell you they won’t be breaking from any type of power you wish to run through your WK. If I had cleaned them after every sandy mud run they would
be fine still I imagine.

Yes they do eliminate the clicker slipper.
