Default Pede vs WK trans?

So I've decided to push back buying a bike even further and pick up a WK instead (even with buying a new charger and some parts it's cheaper than the bike). I've got an unused pede trans just sitting around doing nothing, would it be worth it to swap into the king or is the stocker plenty? I'm just going to be doing a really budget trail rig (target of under $275), maybe I'll get some better tires and beat it around the rocks at a local comp or two.

Stock WK tranny is pretty compact and heavy duty. I'm using mine and the esc in my build!

You will be fine with the stock trans. My suggestion, sell the pede trans and use it to buy your rims, tires, and a new servo.
