possible and also impossible. Due to high demand of converting 2WD to 4WD, you will hardly find all of these parts in any stores.

But it is doubtful that the auction will end at $50. For $193 shipped from tower for a 4x4, it just isn't worth it to buy a 2WD with 4x4 aspirations. And unless you find a super deal on a good used complete axle, you can pretty much forget trying to find parts for the conversion. And unfortunately, I have seen the axles alone get up to $102.50 on Ebay (For 1 axle!).

Yes, and I'm building mine now, but it would've been cheaper for me to buy the 4x4.

Or with towers discount, the 4X4 is under $200 shipped with ground shipping.

Why shop EBay when you can buy from a known retailer for cheaper?

Tower has them for $210 with a $25 discount, then you pay shipping.

Ultimate has them for $190 with free shipping on orders over $100.

Total either way is under $200.
