Hey man, that is a much better first tuber then mine was!!!!

That other one you linked to is just TOO FREAKING SWEET though.

I am sure your tubers will only get better though (mine still look like dog crap), good luck.

P.S. - How the hell does everyone have granite counter tops?!?

I just got back from NAPA with 15 more feet of tubing. Might start over, but might be close to making this one look decent.........

I'm poor. I only have tile counter tops.

Done alot of work. Used the stock wk links in the rear instead of my arrow links which shortened the wb to 12.5". Got lucky on that one. It is more of a 60/40 setup now. raised all shock mounting locations. Totally redone the front look. Made a custom 3link for the front too.

It no longer looks like a turd to me. It even crawls better(again, on my lil bitty rock pile, who knows about real rocks). I added a spare and it kinda looks like a bug now.

Waitin on my BL motor from holmes hobbies and lipo from tower to come in so I can mount the mamba max. Panels are next. Then I am callin it done. Well, I still might change........................................

PICS:

Hey man it looks great now, I really dig the front end.

Hell of a job!

You need to throw some Axial Beadlocks on there. What color are you going to paint it?

prolly paint the panels red:

ran outta "bright red" and had to paint the drivers side pane "red."

Might pull it all apart and paint the frame. Just cant decide what color.

narrowed rims ~1/4". Made front 3link outta cuttin board instead of brakeline(keeping brakeline link for spare). Found reason for 12.125 wb on one side and 12.25 on the other. Must have mixed up a lower link somewhere.

Still need my lipo to come in so I can make a permanent batt. mounting solution. Prolly gonna be on the front 3link. I have been rubber banding my stick packs in behind the windshield area. It has crawled great even with the batt way up there.

Added one of the best known mods in all of motorsports....................................... .....................stickers!

It will sidehill much better than any of the previous versions of this build.

Looks great! The changes you made helped out a lot, I really like how it turned out. Now take it out and thrash it and get some action pics!

Installed a modded TQ-3 and put rear wheel steering in. The TQ-3 doesnt have the "feel" that the FM mx-3 has and I dont feel like puttin in end pt. pots, so its comin out. I might just mod the MX-3.

I ran about 7 packs thru it last night and 4 today and all is still running great. I have still only broken the 2 axles.
