Default stock esc

this might be a stupid question but i would really like to know before i tried it.Can the stock wk esc handle a 3300 battery?

It would handle a 10,000,000 mah battery. The cappacity has nothing to do with it.

Yes it can. Battery capacity is not a factor for esc's and the 3300 is a measure of battery capacity.

Amps of current draw is the factor for esc's. The fewer turns of wire a motor has the more current it draws. Current is measured in amps but to keep it simple esc's are often rated in the number of "Turns" they can handle.

The stock esc is made for a 27 turn motor so it can easily handle a 55T or 65 T motor but not a 12 T which will draw too much current through the esc and destroy it...if it is run full throttle.

I wish they made a 10,000,000 mah battery. You could run your truck all year before charging the battery.

Looks good, I'll probably have to stiffen my suspension up a bit before I put one of those in my WK. Those marine batteries are only, what...50 lbs?
