Default wheely king front diff zippers?

got my 4wd kit for the wheely king works GREAT moved the battery and such.. but even with sil-glide on it "one of the best and smoothest silicone greases you can use for metal to metal contact" it still sounds like a zipper.. doesnt seem to be taking any damage just sounds funny at speed...

anyone else experienced this.. it was assembled as per direction sheet included and all that so lemme know

I just used wheel bearing grease, the gears don't make any noise at all. I also used it in the tranny, now my wk is almost silent except for the beeping of the esc.

Mine is pretty quiet but has picked up a ticking sound.

Mine has a fairly fast high pitched ticking noise, it is coming from my 55T Integy motor, But it seems fine so I just ignore it.

Sense we are on the issue of noise. I just put a 35t in mine, and noticed that is a very loud motor. Is this normal?

My 55T lathe motor is silent except for a slight clicking noise. It is way quieter than the stock motor. Maby as the turns go down they get louder?

ya idk its not damaging the gears at all.. and i only use silicone grease in these kind of applications because its so wear resistant maybe they just need a day or 2 of good runnin to break in and seat to eachother.. ill post if it gets better worse
