| ![]() like the title says made a tuber now i need help with parts to order such as drive shafts link material and steering linkage. i will probably be starting with regular WK shocks but there is a possability of goin full drop if my cog is too high. drive shafts i know t-max as for links im looking for about a 12-12.5" wheel base thanks for the help in advance. BTW new to rc crawlin, had to sell my 1/1 crawler so this is the next best thing i figure. |

| I made my links out of 6-32 allthread and some aluminum tubing that fits around that snug(not sure on the size). Found everything I needed at Ace. And damn! I thought my axles were dirty |

| It isn't possible to tell you how to get that wheelbase by buying links. Since most tubers are very different and we don't know anything about yours. It depends on the mounting points for you links on the chassis and the style of 4 link you plan on running. My method is to mock it up with all thread and cheap rod ends and then have some nice ones made out of delrin for better performance. I really like how the delrin slides on the rocks, and with the 516" diameter there is no flex what so ever on my WK tuber. |
