Did you read the book that came with it? It usually tells what charge time is.

I found my book to my WK useful some what but in other areas not really. My stock battery runs dead in about 12 minutes so i'd say 10 is normal. I bought a 3800mAH battery from local hobbytown usa.

it usually takes 2 or 3 charge / drain cycles to get a battery up to speed ( no pun ) - you might find a noticeable difference after that. I dumped mine, got 2 high mAh battteries, and a quick charger - about 25 minutes charge, and I'm good to go...

The stock charger output is 300mah an hour. With the stock battery rated at 1500mah, it will take approximately 5 hours to charge to full. I only get about 15 mins with the stock battery. I just bought a venom 3600, with a new charger that outputs 1.8a or 1800mah an hour, giving me a charge time of 2 hours and hopefully a runtime of 1+ hour.

You defiantly should upgrade your battery to at least a nimh 3000Mah or more. And get rid of that junk stock charger and get a good peak charger. Even just a cheaper one. You can get the perona for like 50 bucks and its a great charger. very customizable to suit your needs.
