Default Westrern PA Crawler King, Now with Pictoral relevance!

Ok so I just jumped back into the RC hobby soley because of the 4X4 WK.... and the rock crawling aspect of the hobby it presented..
SO I found this site and started to get to work,
I tried to use the HPI conversion at first, but ended up using off the shelf parts, and doing a 50/50 stretch, I used integrity shocks (monster gt) with tmaxx red springs, Revo rods (part #5319) for the lower links, A titanium Tmax rod for the steering stretch, (but used the stock ends on it due to clearance issues)
for the camber center/upper link I just got a longer screw at the local Ace hardware, and a couple nylon spacers to sleave them, ( now I have to dye them to match the wheels)
The short e-maxx driveshafts went in (I did have to bore out the ends tho to get them to work tho)
put in a 35 turn Integy (sp?) motor
Axial beadlocks, with proline masher 2000's
I also had to throw a handful or two of washers to make up some of the slop when the original parts came out...
I also locked up the diffs with jb stick weld.
The only issue that I have is the rear steering lock out brace like to bend and flex at times giving me a weird one rear wheel turn action... I am thinking of bracing it up with something else but for now I can deal with it.
I will get some pics up as soon as I figure out how.
I also swapped out the monster truck body for a parma baja bug.
Looking forward to spending some more time on the board and picking up some good tips and tricks!
Thanks for reading
Jay

Ok I figure that enough has changed to really update this thread..
Since I got my WK I have added modded, and redone a buch of things, so here is the list..
Kreepy "Lockjaw" lower links, (you have got to get a set of these!! They clean up your axles and really work awsome!)
JW Custom Wurks Rear steer lockout blocks, again these are great products, and work better than my original setup here is a link to their site....www.jwcustomwurksrc.com.
I flipped the chassis, and flipped the axles as well, this way The motor runs correctly instead of just flipping the leads.. Added an OTA servo mount, and ditched out the stock servo for a Hi-Tech Ultra Tourque model #HS-645MG,
Also upgraded the ESC to a Tazer 12T (I might have smoked it, but it still works!)
Also swapped out the Tamiya style plugs for Deans connectors, and added a Venom 3600Nimh battery.
Finally I added a set of Proline Masher 2000 in the M3 compound, a pair of axial Rock lizards..
