where is everyone buying them online? I've looked at tower and they don't have one from hpi.

I like the losi pinions, they seem to mesh better. I get mine a losi parts house.com or atomic hobbies.

I'm using a RRP 14t that I swiped from my E-Pede when the 12t wouldn't fit with the 96t spur gear.

That's what I did, but none of the lhs here have a 96t spur so I am going to have to order it online. but I don't mind too much. I will order my lockers so I can get rid of the hot glue, a 55t lathe and my spur all at once from TCS as soon as they have the lathes in again.

just make sure it is a 15t 48p. It doesnt have to be HPI brand.

robinson racing makes a 6 pack of pinions thats pretty cheap. that way you can find which one suits your driving the best.
