Do you want a charger that plugs into the wall, or are you willing to use a 12v dc power source?

If you save up a touch more you can get a nice charger for around $110 to $120. This will allow you to charge any battery out there. For batteries there are all kinds of options, from radio shack 3300 packs to lipo.

Decent charger, limited capability, but good for the price. Your battery pack will do fine. The runtime will depend on yor throttle finger. 30 minutes to 1 hour or more.
