Default Wk shock...

Okay I mangle one of the shock caps and I wanted to know if there were any aluminum shocks I could use for the stock setup? Also is there a place to buy servo mounts?

I think near plans are
install the 55t
knuckes since I broke one.
maybe front cvds if I have enough
I might buy some rock lizards to go on the axial beadlocks.
thats about besides moving and shifting weight around.

I crawled all day with the Rock lizards at a comp today. They work well, I strongly suggest them.

The hot bodies are to short for the wk chassis you will lose articulation unless you get creative and set up new mounts, dont know if they make 5" hb's, hpi makes some good shocks for the mt, someone has a thread on here with them mounted, and integy mr5's for the maxx are 119mm according to tower hobby.
I just mounted rock lizards on beadlocks they hook up great I also recommend them.

I think I saw some hpi shocks in aluminum. I think the wks are like 5 inches the maxxes are in around 4 and I think the savage shocks are longer than 5. Does anyone know the length of 5 inches in mm? I cant think of it right now to save my life.

25.4 mm = 1 inch x 5 = 127= 5 inches

Got my shocks in today. 5 inches and threaded  I will get pics up and stuff later. What do you have to do to get the King bling servo mounts to fit? Oh yeah stock axle.
